Sr. Analyst, Accessory Supply

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join their client's dynamic Accessory Supply team in Fountain Valley, California. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle volume data effectively. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of parts and accessories to support Original Equipment (OE) accessory requirements at the Ports.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer accessory shipments to advance using Excel and ERP tools, analyzing numbers by port and system in ERP.
• Ensure parts availability to support OE accessory requirements at the Ports, minimizing impacts to customers on critical orders.
• Use standardized expediting processes and critical thinking skills to resolve OE and Ports back order/deactivation situations.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train employees accordingly.
• Attend meetings and communicate frequently with OEs and Ports to maintain strong relationships with our client.
• Handle volume data, utilizing Excel skills such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables to manage shipment lines.
• Work collaboratively within an 8-person team, ensuring a customer-centric and proactive mindset.
• Ensure parts and accessories are expedited for critical low inventory situations at the Ports or PDC.
• Contribute to company profitability by impacting customer service, expenses, and income through efficient supply management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical MS Office skills - Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Word, Powerpoint and ACCESS.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle high-pressure situations.
